This week our prompt was where we would like to go, for me I really would love to see all of Europe just because there is some much history behind almost everything there. There is also culture pouring out of everything and everywhere is beautiful. I also have family over there who will take me in for short amounts of time to get resettled and to plan where to go next. Plus i have been to Germany many times, and the Netherlands a couple of time and i always love it there. More specifically I would like to go to Spain, Italy, France, Iceland, Estonia, and maybe some Nordic countries. I was planning on going for a Europe trip After High School for a time with all my friends and I really hope we can go.

Weekly World Geography Update
For the week of 05/11-05/17
This week in geography we learned about east asia by doing almost 15 guided readings, which if I haven't explained before are worksheet that come from our book that we have to fill in. Also, our projects were due, the project were called map-a-meal, in which we had to go online and fill in tables, and make maps. We also could have made food from one of the recipies that we used in our projects, I was planning on making Hot-Sour soup, but I had a band trip.

For the Bored, revisit #7
This week topic is what I would like to be when I grow up. My main goal in life is to either be the ruler of a country, or a Quantum Physicist. If i were to own a country, the country would be called United People Standing, or UPS, the flag would look like:
I did this flag in 6th grade, I think I'm going to change it but thats the basic image. I would try to compose it out of photosynthetic domes so they could be self sufficient. It would be a communist but I would try to have everyone to be the same status, everyone would get a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house, including me, and all get the same pay. There will also be selection on who can come into the country so none with bad intentions could enter.
About the more reasonable, sort of, me being a quantum physicist, which a scientist that studies quantum mechanics, which are the fabrics of space and time and gravity, dark matter, and many other science fiction type stuff, which is part of the reason I want to be one. I also love the fact that it would be such an amazing challenge, just think of it trying to find the equation that could send us back in time, or forward. I would have to learn an amazing work ethic and it would a blast.
Also if neither one of those work i could be a musician because I'm also really good at music and it interest me very much. I can play many instruments and it would be sweet.

Weekly World Geography Update
For the week of 05/04-05/10
This week we learned about South Asia, pretty much by doing like 8 guided readings. We also watched a Taboo episode on blood sports, which include cock fighting, bull fighting, and some crazy people in Bolivia beating each other till they bleed to please the gods. I think that if there are gods like the people in Bolivia believe in, they would be pleased. Just because they would all be pretty bored up there and senseless fighting is pretty fun to watch.

For the Bored, revisit #6
In this for the bored I would like to talk about my obsession with fantasy and science fiction. I loved fantasy and Sci-fi since I could remember and I hope I always will. These two genres of movie, and books give me something to look forward to and inspire me to be a better person because it shows that bad people always get whats coming to them. This love shows especially when you look into my bookshelf and see dungeons and dragons in my shelf, I'm a dungeon master adn I love playing the game. This also bleeds into my love for anime because in my top 10 favorite movies 4 of them are anime all about either the future or some kind of fantasy world.

For the Bored, revisit #5
This week in for the bored, i would like to tell you about my camera, it is a Pentax W20. It is a seven mega pixel camera, and it is water proof up to five feet. This picture i took with my camera:
I really like it even though there are much better cameras, the one i really want costs like 500 dollars and can take infrared pictures. Also for those of you not into photography a mega pixel is 1 million pixels, and it measures the amount of pixels within a picture. The more the higher definition the camera is.

Weekly World Geography Update
For the week of 3/30-4/5
This week in geography class we learned about the water problems in the middle east and then the ethnic situations in Iraq. The water in the middle east is very scarce and will be more important than oil and is predicted to be the next starter of wars in the 21st century. When we learned about the ethnic situation in Iraq we were chosen to be one of the three ethnic groups in Iraq, my group was the Sunnis, which are one of the minority groups and we wanted to stay in a unified Iraq, and everyone even the other Sunni group wanted to separate from the republic of Iraq. I learned that even though your part of the same group you can have different ideas.

I also have a Danelectro, but my dad is going to have to give it back to the person who he bought is from it looks like this:
but it is maroon and comes in a different case. I can play trombone excellent and bass pretty good, i really want to be able to play guitar insane but i don't think its going to go anywhere without lessons.

Weekly World Geography Update
For the week of 3/23-3/29
This week we were introduced to south west Asia or the Middle East, without Egypt but Afghanistan instead. We did our maps on Tuesday and Wednesday, on our political map we had to have all the religions on it and this part of the world has a vast majority of Islamic people. On Thursday and Friday we presented our African masks, I was third to go up and talk about my mask. My mask was the mask of the flowing earth or quicksand and looked like this:it has a bite guard so you can just wear it with out any hands.

For the Bored, revisit #2
This week I would love to tell you and anyone drifting through my blog about something that I keep very dear to my heart: Food. All types of food. Well except of course strange organs like brains and livers, which by the way are horrible for you, but excluding that I enjoy many types of food. I very much enjoy Oriental food, and European food. I think that American food is very boring and way to over used, the exception being Bar B Q. I really don't like fast food even though French fries are very good, its not worth dying over them. Chocolate is gross, very gross, I don't care what anyone says but Chocolate is gross.

Weekly World Geography Update
For the Week of 3/16-3/22
This week in world geography we studied for the unit test over Africa on Tuesday by playing a vocab game where we compete for points. On Wednesday we had a the test, it combined the map test and the regular test, also it had the two seminar questions on it, which we had to write a paragraph about the topic with sources. On Thursday we watched a video about the genocide in Darfur. Learning about how little we did about all of the genocides that happened enrages me, so much so that i would be willing to give my life to make sure something gets done about this and any other kinds of conflicts the our "beautiful" country has so much neglected.

For the Bored, revisit #1
Like i said in my first "for the bored" post I'm a super nerd, and to support that fact I will give you something thing that I'm proud about. First off my computer is very nice, maybe not the best but something to be proud about. It has an intel overclocked dual core processor, an ASUS motherboard, an 8600 GTS nvidia "superclocked" video card, and about 3 fans two I added just because i had them laying around. FOr anyone who doesn't know what overclocked or superclock means it is when you have a computer component and the manufacture gave it a speed where the component works at, lets use my processor for example both of the individual processors run at a speed of 1.8 ghz (gigahertz) and I have them overclocked at 1.85 ghz. The problem with overclocking is that it can increase the amount of hardware failures and computer crashes you have.

Weekly World Geography Update
For the week of 3/2-3/8
This week we had our Socratic seminars on both the genocides in Rwanda and in Darfur. In these socratic seminars we sit in two circles the inner circle are the people who talk and discuss with each other the topic, and after each round of discussions the circles switch out and they start off again. The seminar is started off by someone reading the main idea question, for the Rwanda one was; " Who do you think is worse the man who beats his wife, or the neighbor that hears it and says nothing?; and the Darfur one was; "If you made a horrible mistake, would you make it again?". We also learned about our African mask project and about the types of mask the tribes in Africa still wear.

Weekly World Geography Update
Week of 2/24-3/01:
This week in geography our class learned about the Genocide in Rwanda and about the Socratic seminar we will preform on Monday. We got three papers over the Genocide and we watched a movie, called Ghosts of Rwanda. In my opinion the entire thing was handled horrible wrong by the UN and the USA, and pretty much the entire world. Hundreds of thousands of people were killed and we could have stopped it.

My book
This is the start of my book. Its set in the future.
Section 1: City-Limits
All was well when the last rays of day fell off behind the wall surrounding the city limits. The light passing through the window I was sitting at dimmed and disappeared, the streets were partially lit by the aging street lights that flickered on, and the people in their apartments drew their curtains, or shut off the lights so nothing was recognizable beyond the glass of the windows. The speakers, set up across the entire city, popped to life, an unknown women’s voice spoke, notifying an early curfew was to be put into affect in 5 minutes. The reassuring, calm female voice was still echoing through the widely empty streets when I looked at my clock on my desk. Other than the date, temperature, which was a surprising sixty three degrees, and what phase of the non-visible moon was in, was the time. Notably earlier than usual, the curfew was to be at eight instead of the regular nine sharp. This was probably in response to the recent homicides of several people, rumors have been popping up that they were visitors from the inner ring, not very believable because no has seen anyone from the inner ring. But this wasn’t horrible, the curfew didn’t affect most of our lives because the bars and clubs were all shut down, and it gave us all a sense of safety, knowing the city guard was around. Something that we all needed, a feeling of safety, after all our new government was still getting its kinks worn out.
As a mailman I needed to know what kind of people gave me my flesh and blood, so I checked out the records at our newly built city hall. According to the plaque in the front office, this new government was of a new type, or what I’m suspecting one that hasn’t been around for about a few centuries, maybe not even before the Great War. This government was a one controlled by a council of chosen leaders of the central ring and the inner ring sending out the final say. Of course the people of the city limits had some say, but as for being in the main voting group, this only came with being part of the inner rings. The news papers and reporters called it a representative senate; they claimed it to bring happiness to everyone no matter status. Our old system of government, which was called something along the lines of republic democracy, was deemed to bias and was voted by the people to be switched. The new government’s Declaration of Laws allowed the council to decide what was best for all people. So far nothing bad has happened, at least I haven’t seen or heard anything, but the total control those outside sources gives me a strong feeling of bad things to come.
